1) Apply

• Complete the online form (business info, category, IG/website, 3–5 product photos).

• Tell us your setup needs (10×10 tent? power? table/chairs?).

• Food/Drink: upload required permits/licenses (county health, ServSafe, etc.).

2) Review & Curation (3–5 business days)

• The Blk on Da Blok Team reviews for product quality, brand fit, safety, and category balance.

• Priority is given to Black-owned brands, local makers, and a diverse mix of categories.

• If we’re full in your category, you may be placed on the waitlist.

3) Approval Email + Invoice

• Approved vendors receive an email with invoice + due date and event details preview.

• Pay within 3 days (72 hours) to secure your space.

• Miss the deadline? Your spot is released to the waitlist—no exceptions.

4) Confirmation

• Once paid, you’ll receive a Vendor Confirmation email.

• Within 48–72 hours after payment you’ll get your Vendor Packet: load-in time, map, booth number, parking, check-in instructions, promo assets, and day-of contact.

5) Event Week

• Re-confirm your arrival window via the reminder email/text.

• Check-in is 60 minutes before your load-in time for staging and inspection.

• Bring proper tent weights (minimum 40 lb per leg) and any pre-approved power cords.

REGULAR SALE

• Merchandise Vendors: $150

• Food & Drink Vendors: $250

LATE REGISTRATION (10/10-10/17)

• Merchandise Vendors: $225

• Food & Drink Vendors: $325

• Invoice window: 3 days from approval.

• Refunds: Fees are non-refundable once paid. Should the vendor be unable to attend the event, the Blk on da Blok team will credit you for a future event.

• Transfers: Vendor spaces cannot be transferred to any other vendors.

• No-shows or late arrivals forfeit fees and future priority.

• Weather: Rain or shine. Only city/venue safety closures, or dangerous inclimate weather (for xample lightening) will trigger postponement/credits.

Yes. Vendors not immediately approved will be placed on the Blk on da Blok waitlist.

• If a spot opens, waitlisted vendors are notified in order.

• You’ll have 24 hours to accept and pay before we move to the next vendor.

YES.

• Current health permits, insurance, and compliant food handling certifications ARE REQUIRED and NON-NEGOTIABLE.

• Vendors are required to upload current copies of the aforementioned paperwork to their vendor application.

• Power/water are limited and must be requested on the application.

• Open-flame or generator use requires advance approval.

forgeries, falsified, and otherwise altered documentation WILL result in immediate disqualification and PERMANENT ban from any and all Blk on da Blok events. It is our top priority to keep our patrons safe. Don't try and scam your own people.
